Loveline Home Care, LLC is a Maryland-approved limited liability company preparing to operate as a Residential Service Agency serving Montgomery County. The company will provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care services to seniors and adults who need assistance with activities of daily living.

Loveline Home Care is currently in the licensure preparation phase with the Maryland Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ) and is committed to delivering safe, client-centered care that supports independence and dignity at home.

We are actively building our care team, establishing community partnerships, and developing quality care protocols — so that when our doors officially open, we are fully prepared to deliver excellence from day one.

Non-Medical Home Care Services

We will provide personalized, compassionate support for seniors and adults who need assistance with daily activities — enabling them to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, bathing support, and mobility assistance to help clients maintain their routines.

Companionship & Emotional Support

Meaningful conversation, engagement in hobbies and activities, and social interaction to reduce isolation and enhance wellbeing.

Light Housekeeping

Tidying living spaces, laundry assistance, dusting, vacuuming, and general home organization to maintain a safe, clean environment.

Meal Preparation

Planning and preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs, including grocery coordination.

Errands & Transportation Assistance

Accompanying clients on errands, assisting with grocery shopping, and facilitating access to appointments and community activities.

Safety Supervision & Monitoring

Attentive in-home supervision to reduce fall risk, provide reassurance, and ensure clients are safe throughout the day.

Respite Care for Families

Providing family caregivers with relief and rest, knowing their loved one is in capable, caring hands.

Medication Reminders

Gentle reminders to take prescribed medications on schedule (non-medical; we do not administer or dispense medications).

 Non-Medical Services Only: Loveline Home Care provides non-medical support services. We do not provide nursing, medical, therapeutic, or skilled care services. All services are pending RSA licensure approval from the Maryland OHCQ.

We are a Maryland-approved LLC with an EIN, and we are actively completing all requirements for licensure. We are committed to full regulatory compliance before serving any clients, and we will not begin providing services until we are fully licensed.

We have completed our LLC formation and EIN registration with the State of Maryland and are currently in the licensure preparation phase with the Maryland Office of Health Care Quality. We anticipate launching once approval is finalized. In the meantime, we are building strong partnerships and assembling qualified caregivers so we can open fully prepared to serve clients at a high standard from day one.

Loveline Home Care provides non-medical in-home support services. This includes assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship and emotional support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errand assistance, medication reminders (non-dispensing), safety supervision, and respite care for family caregivers. We do not provide nursing, medical, therapeutic, or skilled care services of any kind.

Our primary clients will be seniors and adults in Montgomery County, Maryland who need assistance with daily activities in order to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. We also serve adults with disabilities and individuals recovering from illness or surgery who need temporary non-medical support.
